The Upcycling of Abandoned Public Sector Building
Killyhevlin Business Centre The previously vacant NI Water HQ at the Killyhevlin Industrial Estate is now well established as the Killyhevlin Business Centre, home to 29 businesses which have created over 50 jobs. Apart from the tangible evidence of a thriving successful Business Centre, it is useful to reflect, as a learning process, on the decision and perhaps the wider impact of this development on economic development in the area.
